Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing interval selected at checkout (for example, monthly or annually).

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Arsalan Academy to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing period until your subscription is canceled.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew and no further charges will be made.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes affect an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or made available to any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this restriction.

We offer a 24-hour refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial payment by emailing info@arsalan-academy.com. Refunds will not be issued for renewal payments after the initial subscription period.

In the event a subscription plan is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected subscription and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.

Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other content ("Submissions") you provide to Arsalan Academy shall become the sole and exclusive property of Arsalan Academy. We may use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute Submissions for any purpose without credit or compensation to you.

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Arsalan Academy, its licensors, or other providers, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed in any way without the express prior written permission of Arsalan Academy.

Arsalan Academy is not responsible for any third-party services, including their accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality. You waive the right to litigate in court before a judge or jury. Either party may seek interim injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. Claims relating to intellectual property rights are excluded from arbitration.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Arsalan Academy. Arsalan Academy may suspend or terminate this agreement at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. If you fail to comply with any provision, termination is immediate. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Termination does not limit Arsalan Academy's rights or remedies for any breach that occurred prior to termination.

No waiver of any term shall constitute a continuing waiver of that or any other term. Any cause of action arising from these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after it accrues, otherwise it is permanently barred.
